Terms and conditions
Use of Products
By using Just Borrow, you agree to use all borrowed items responsibly and return them in the same condition they were received. Damage beyond normal wear and tear is the borrower's responsibility. Users must be 18 years or older to create an account and transact on the platform.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through our platform. Lenders receive payment after a successful borrowing period. Just Borrow charges a service fee on each transaction. Prices are set by the item owner and are displayed clearly before any transaction is confirmed.
Late Fees
Items not returned by the agreed return date may incur late fees as set by the lender. Continued failure to return an item may result in account suspension and legal action. Just Borrow reserves the right to charge the borrower's payment method for outstanding fees.
Ratings
Both borrowers and lenders are rated after each transaction. Ratings are visible on user profiles and help maintain trust within the community. Fraudulent or retaliatory ratings are prohibited and may result in account termination.
Content
Users are responsible for all content they post, including item descriptions, photos, and reviews. Content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Just Borrow reserves the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines.
